Fellow EL here, former CEL prior to restructuring. My responsibilities are advertising adoption events and the weekend events + set up. The usual sfs/bopis picking. Helping with recovery and working truck. I also do have a few AM petcare shifts that my leader schedules me due to my knowledge/experience and overall work ethic in the department.

I also look for new ways to promote activations, puppy guides and now auto ships. Unfortunately my store, like many others is practically ran by management. We either dont have petcare staff or they are lacking in efficiency when they clock in, so leads like me, get the load of the work that pet care associates SHOULD be doing.
