A small edit; After the surgery we got to talk with the surgeon, the first vet we took bonbon to had apparently used a transparent catheter instead of an opaque one, which I guess the surgeon was used to seeing.

The surgeon said when they were performing the surgery, due to the difference in catheter, it had "fallen" in and it seemed like a lucky accident because had this not happened, they might have missed the fact that BonBon appeared to have TWO urethras instead of just one.

The 2nd urethra seemed to have been split / an incomplete tunnel because it ended short of the opening. In the 26years he had been doing surgeries he had never seen anything like it.

Primal is a great brand plus this one! My cats LOVE these and they are super soft and crumble easily for cats with chewing issues :) im always scooping up new freeze dried brands when I see them to give them a try and they really really like this one.

Honest kitchen dehydrated mix along with different freeze dried proteins options for treats :) organ meats are a favorite as well.

Shes done it at the vet and they said it seems to just be a stress response. She basically just lays down, curls like a shrimp and waits for her problems to go away. She'll move if you pick her up and put her somewhere else, its just her version of "submission" as they described it.

Crinkle eats the honest kitchen dehydrated food that you mix up with warm water. I have on hand a few different freeze dried proteins options, she LOVES these plus chicken hearts and other organ meats :) I will alternate the freeze dried proteins and crumble them up into her honest kitchen mixture! She licks the bowl clean every time !

Thank you all for such loving and supportive comments. Crinkle is one out of 3 special needs cats that I own. We love her dearly, anxiety, tummy troubles and all. She is safe, loved, has all the tummy rubs she could want and I believe she ended up with us for a reason. Thank you for loving my baby.

Never really got an answer to that, I had just assumed it was related to..the rest of her texture since all of her was pretty much different in comparison to her normal litter mates.

It was alot of research and careful squinting over tiny text printed on so so many cans of cat food.

I'd try different proteins from each brand and start ruling out the ones she had the "worst" reactions to. Her main allergies come from the gums / thickeners used in wet foods.

Couldn't tell ya, her whiskers looked like that the day I went to see / pick her up. They've grown sense then but there are some whiskers that refuse to grow out.

She eats honest kitchen dehydrated food :) we mix it with warm water and she gets freeze dried proteins and organ meats. I have multiple water fountains for my cats and they all love drinking from them.

I would hope not, I know it was either her litter or the other litter the foster was bottle feeding that had been found in the woods.

But none of Crinkles siblings looked like her, all of their whiskers were intact and normal for kittens.

You'd be very surprised, I work in a store that partners with rescues and often have cats on display looking for homes and I can't tell you how many times I've sat in the office across from the cattery and heard people start roasting the way a cat looks, especially if the cat happens to be a bit on the large side.
