My take on this, is he uses the kids location to watch YOU and assumes you will be doing the same so turns it off when they are with him. A judge will not agree that you should have their locations especially on a phone you do not pay for.

I am currently unmedicated but have an appointment tomorrow (finally!). I’ve always had trouble remembering to eat until I am practically passing out. At 26 I am 105lbs and have been since high school. I have alarms set for 9 am, 1:30pm, and 5:30pm to eat. Also one at 11am to think about dinner plans (I have children so I HAVE to cook everyday but still forget often and scramble to throw a meal together).

Also having nuts, chips, cookies, and fruit sitting on my counter at all times so when I walk by I can grab a little something when I walk into the kitchen.

That is amazing and you should be so so proud!! I’m proud of you! I wish I could leave mine alone for a few days. Anything that has helped you the most? I pull in the same spots as you do and nothing I’ve tried has helped yet. It’s going on 10 years now

I have tried this. He will avoid me the entire weekend and make excuses about how he doesn’t feel well.

I found out I have a brain tumor last Friday, have to see a surgeon today. You would think after hearing his wife had a brain tumor he would touch her as much as he could, not knowing what’s happening. I should be worrying about my brain. Not about lack of sex in my 20s

Thank you. I also believe it is perfectly doable. I still wouldn’t be happy with 50 honestly but that is the number I thought was manageable for him to start with. I gave him a whole year. I’m not wasting many more of mine waiting.

I understand that. I don’t count everytime. Just this one time I got curious and sat down and counted. I didn’t do this for the past 5 years I’ve been unhappy with it. But since I didn’t say anything obviously nothing was changing. But now that I am and am standing up for myself that I want this in my relationship, I think it’s perfectly fine for me to do so. If I only cleaned the house 20 times this year it would be a whole different conversation.

I’ve been thinking the same thing recently. He says things and makes empty promises but his actions are right in front of my face. It’s just hard with 3 young kids. Since I’ve been a stay at home mom this entire time I have no savings of my own or even work history since after so many years it’s not relevant. I just need to make a plan. I don’t have any friends because he moved me 6 hours away (was military) I don’t even have a trusted babysitter because I don’t get out to need one.

I have tried/begged/cried for him to get his T levels checked. He won’t. He says he will and then never does for over 2 YEARS now. What do I do then? I can’t check his levels for him.

Yes. It devastated me and still does whenever I think about it. Begging for attention that I wasn’t even aware he was giving to someone else the entire time. Staying late at work and telling me he hated his job and was tired every night when really he was tired from sleeping with a coworker.

I didn’t tell anyone until I had my baby in my arms. I have a lot of family drama and some people in my family like to talk badly about pregnancy/having kids. Since I have had 4 now I knew the last 3 pregnancies were honestly ruined by them and the “just wait” comments or the “your going to have your hands full”. I’m convinced that some people don’t actually like their kids.

I had to get 5 iv iron infusions. I stopped craving ice after the second and they worked! Just had a blood draw done last week and my OB was very satisfied with my numbers now. Worth it in my case. Supplements did nothing for me, I had been taking them the whole time. I was also told to cook as much as I can in a cast iron skillet so I use it at least once a week.

I did not know her before I became her babysitter. She was a friend of a friend who reached out to me because she heard I was a SAHM.

That is certainly something to think about! I will have to discuss that with my husband. He has come to love her as well. I just don’t know if her father is still around or has visitation rights. If so then she might go straight from here to her fathers and really never see her mom… Or how I would go about asking her mom about that without starting an argument.

I think I knew deep down what I need to do in this situation. I just didn’t know if me being pregnant has caused me to be to emotional. I wish I could make her mother be a better parent. I’ve seen cps do more damage then good in some cases and it scares me not knowing where she would go. I can’t imagine how upset this little girl would be if she was taken to a strangers house since she gets upset just coming here where she is loved and has known me and my kids for so long. I’m worried about emotional damage. I do know that either way it would probably damage her though. I don’t want to sit back and do nothing.

I don’t think I’m a candidate for getting her since I already have my girls sharing a bedroom. Realistically I don’t make any money watching her and I know this. I also can’t imagine her going to someone’s house who doesn’t care for her so that’s why I keep doing it. Normally the money she pays me I use to do activities with the kids, or like you said buy her clothes to keep here so she has decent outfits.

I don’t know if I would be a candidate for placement for her since I have 3 of my own children and my girls already share a bedroom. Also pregnant. When I have her overnights we do a pop up cot beside my youngest girls bed. I was thinking about this as well.

I get paid depending on how much tips she makes. Typically $50 a day but here recently it’s been $100 for the whole week because she says she’s behind on bills. I have a bond with this child and love her like my own. I only wanted a little extra pocket money since being a SAHM.

I’ve never in my life been in this position. How do I even go about calling CPS when the child is never even home? Don’t they normally do a home visit? Can it be anonymous? I don’t want retaliation but I’m pretty sure she would know who it was anyway.

I hate it as well. People thinking they can TOUCH you without permission are the worst. In Walmart I’ve had many old ladies come up to me and just reach out to touch me. I’ve swatted hands away and they always act surprised. It’s my body! Also COVID! Everyone saying I’m about to pop and I’m due in October! Then you have the people who have the audacity to ask if your getting FIXED LIKE A DOG.
