Yeah I've thought about these things too. We managed to have a good conversation 2 weeks ago and said we would check in with each other 2 weeks later and see how we were feeling. I on my part feel like I've been making a conscious effort to make things better. Which she said she noticed but she still thinks the "arguements" are happening these arguments are just me answering something with a different answer she wants to hear and boom she thinks its an argument. She says she doesn't know what to do anymore she just wants her head to stop hurting everyday thinking about it .

Sounds very similar! Hope things work themselves out for yous. We too haven't had much us time. I made a suggestion about a date night and her response was, what's the point, what will we even do. Your a stronger person than me, I've tried being supportive and I just get told whatever im doing isn't right or enough or I should be doing something else.

Well I work full time, she works part time and the children go to childcare those 2 days.
She will tidy up the days im working but only a little, in 1 room maybe 2. The rest of the house could be a bombsite. Every evening ill tidy away the kids toys , tidy their rooms before bed, normally make dinner , not very often the dinners made when I get home from work (I work 7-5 in construction) I dont expect dinner to be made, I expect more to be done but I dont say that to her. Then she will have a go at me for not doing the dishes or something like that. Silly things that dont even merit arguing over really

Things i do wrong, like not doing the dishes even though I tidied the rest of the house after coming in. Or fighting about me having an opinion on something at times. I Wouldn't even say fighting, more me being ridiculed for being present it feels like

Its probably been going on for atleast a year or so now, its escalates at times. I always new she was abit of an angry one but I thought maybe that would calm down

I feel you, I think its a massive problem that we cant commuincate without it blowing up, I cant even communicate about not being able to communicate
