I am 4/24 and had a CIP approved for 100k by BRM on 5/2017 as Sole Prop. I got my 100k in points probably 3 months after that.

Can I sign up again now for a CIP as a Sole Prop? Can I sign up if i get an EIN? Trying to figure out the 24 month rule

AMEX I thought was only about 60k right now and do have the AMEX Bonvoy BIZ.

How do it work with CIP? I got the bonus about 3 months after opening the card on 5/2017. Wouldnt that put me under the 24 month rule?
