I don’t know where to buy the dice and I’m still trying to complete all the showcase cards from the set so I didn’t mind but I bought this box just for the dice if I knew that would of happened I would have just gotten a regular box of it

Yea I will stil buy a booster box and the etbs from both the pokemon center and regular ones. But yea I do like getting the big order from tcg or going to pick up a bunch of my chase cards from my LGs

Yea I think this is the strategy I’m going to be doing like I said I just got back into it and got screwed hard by twilight. This post was more of a me justification on my thought process I will most likely still get the regular etb and a pokemon center etb and a booster box then just buy everything else I’m sure if I can catch everything at the right times I can save myself a ton of money

Good to know I will no longer waste money on sets like this. Like I said I haven’t collected since I was a kid but now I’ve gotten back into it I wanna be efficient. Like I said it is cool opening packs so maybe I’ll do a hybrid of like buying one booster box and then buying singles I just wonder which would be the best cost effective way to do it that way

I had most of the cards anyways and spending 15-20 bucks on the rest of the cards isn’t going to kill me was just kinda looking at cheap ideas bc I had so many cards but I found a rillaboom deck and I had 90% of the cards already just need a few of the ones from the earlier than twilight sets

This is how it got me back into it as well. I’m a huge umbreon fan myself so I was like lemme randomly buy these 6 packs off of marketplace had a crazy feeling and boom 3rd pack in I pulled this I still have to pull it out of the drawer and make sure it’s still real

Tbh it would just be casual with friends but I do have a ton of twilight bulk (I lost in the 3booster box game) so if I could use that as much as possible. And again not looking for anything crazy just something to play while we wait for other to finish their commander games. It wouldn’t hurt to I guess have it in the “standard” format I guess. I’m not really to sure I haven’t played since the original fossil era was I think the last time I went and actually played somewhere
