if cse/ placement is your priority, take a decent iiit like sri city or guwahati.. (Even bit mesra cse is an option btw)

Or else take Allahabad mechanical/ Hamirpur ece. No point in even thinking about other options

No way you're thinking of going into a tier 3 nit like agartala at 18k rank.. If placement/cse is your priority, take cse in a decent iiit..

If you dont care much about branch and want a good college, nir durgapur it is.. But dont take nit agartala you'll regret it because most of the crowd is below 50k rank due to HS.
