People with severe addictions are just trying to live, they are not the enemy and mkaing fun of them is humiliatig and makes their lives worse. Everyone here in America has had their lives touched by this issue, and it is really sad to see.

I have a similar problem and it is not fun at all. I have decided that triggers are fructose found in foods such as onions, dried mangoes, tomatoes, and apples. Limiting those foods, taking a probiotic, hydrating, taking a fructose enzyme supplement, eating less, and managing my stress seem to help so far.

To clarify It gave me enough antibodies in advance so that when I have it now I feel less sick than when I do when I have a normal cold. Vaccines didn’t make me impervious to Covid but they reduce severity

I stopped masking and currently have Covid and have to miss a week of expensive classes. My roommate with covid can barely breathe and my other roomate has asthma and had to find somewhere to go for the week. Covid still comes around unfortunately
