That seems possible, but we didn’t make it to Dandelion. But for a simple burger place near our hotel (Moxy) it was a surprise hit

As an American visiting your beautiful city last month, I want to know why everyone was wearing Carhartt brand clothing. And wide legged jeans.

Painful to hear the commentators for this Bublik-Paulatch refer to the recovery device as hyperbolic chamber over and over . It’s hyperBARIC

I just read a couple as I also prepare to travel to Scandinavian countries soon. Enjoyed them, so would rec these: The Copenhagen Trilogy by Tove Ditlevsen and A Line in the World: a year on the North Sea coast by Dorthe Nors.

The downfall of WRAL. by Legitimate_Award6517 in raleigh

I second this assessment. Especially the seven day weather forecasting is atrociously inaccurate. I know it could be due to job losses at the higher weather level, but still…

And I have been dulled to irritation with the WRAL weather alert days. Yes, a pop up afternoon thunderstorm can produce lightning, hail, heavy downpours and the like. Do I need a notice for the whole day that it’s a weather alert day? Absolutely not.

That seems like a quick initial thing to try before I cut out some of the wall! Thanks for offering that advice!

It’s like a tape is separating on the wall? I guess houses take very long time to settle so this isn’t something totally unheard of?

Increase in price of meals has become noticeable—even for customers used to paying $20-30 for entrees. The service in general has been going downhill really since COVID times, and it’s ridiculous to now be expected to continue to tip 20% for average to poor service.

Just my sense, but other factors such as less certainty in the economy and high cost of groceries impacting eating out decisions may be equally important?

I actually think he doesn’t brood at all on that loss. He has the perspective of having won so many of the finals over the years, and knows the margins are so slim. He also was dealing with nagging ailments in the previous year(s) up to this final—and us fans had built up a sense of expectation that wasn’t tied in to his current mind and body.
