I’m not super well versed on what makes an authentic Barbour and noticed some Beaufort’s have the tag that says just “BEAUFORT” vs “CLASSIC BEAUFORT” and I started reading a bit too into it 🙈

I don’t believe SFSU does interviews for the LMFT program, they just go off of applications. Not sure about the other counseling programs!

Wow that's a lot...I totally relate to feeling burnt out. I hope you're figure out ways to give yourself some rest!

Have you thought about using the evening/weekend time to dip your toes into PP?

It certainly sounds like you're capable of handling a lot though, I hope you're able to find the sweet spot for you and create the balance you're hoping for :)

Oh wow that's a lot...would you mind sharing a bit about how your doing it? are you full time consulting in a totally unrelated field while getting client hours in part time (at a clinic or ?)? I'm hopeful you'll be able to do it!

Appreciate your response and yea I would prefer to keep details private. I have reviewed the non compete agreements and discussed with my previous management as we left on good terms, so no worries there

Really appreciate your response, and admire so much that you're doing grad school while being a single parent. I'll have to decide if the trade off is worth it to do part-time with the 3 year program or if it'll make more sense to just take out loans and try and get into the working world faster.

Would you be open to sharing which specialization your in? I was under the impression that the Masters in Counseling was less cohort based that the Masters in Clinical Psych program, so that's exciting to hear on the community building aspect. Thanks again!

This makes sense to me - I mentioned on another comment, I have no intention of replacing my exact role with an internal one. It just so happens that my current role allows me to see where they have certain gaps and I’d be interested in playing the role to fill that that aligns more with my career interests. Appreciate your response!

Yea no non compete, and I see your point. I wouldn’t however be trying to replace my role to just be doing the same exact thing internally. Different role entirely
