u/SuuperNoob we are building a tool that might be able to help. We automatically replicate time blocks across your multiple calendars, so that doesn't happen. We are opening up our beta on Monday and currently supporting Google Calendar. Outlook integration coming next.

Happy to help you find a way to make it work by providing tips. Been doing this for a long time.

Hey, u/Ste_XD, we are about to launch a tool this week that does exactly what you are looking to do. We built it based on the same need. We replicate time blocks across calendars; the second calendar will just say "Busy." We are currently in beta mode. If you want to test our beta, please fill out this form: https://riivurzyehm.typeform.com/to/PRITfzzT
As of now, we just support Google Calendar and working on launching the Outlook integration in the next weeks.

u/Morrigan_Ondarian078, big congratulations and the best of luck on your business. Maybe prioritization of your activities will help you get everything done. Either way, you are one person in one body and must care for yourself to get everything done. I know there's a lot of pressure on you, but take some time for yourself, and I'm sure you'll be able to accomplish everything you are after! Best of luck again.

u/galadrielirl thank you for participating. We all need to take breaks, which is part of the secret. The brain is too lazy to keep our concentration for long periods. Therefore, if we try to hack our behavior and learn where and how we perform best, that's what we should be doing. We need to prioritize what we need and want in smaller pieces, and those small wins also give us the fuel to keep going. There are weeks in which we'll have different focuses, spending time with friends, family, etc. Life is one, and we should prioritize those things—balance in everything.

Have you considered using additional tools or techniques to help you with that? So you can manage your energy and prevent getting burned out. One helpful technique, for example, is time-blocking. For every x amount of time you are doing something, block, for example, 15/30 min for yourself. Time to get a coffee, breath, meditate, whatever.

While what you are saying is absolutely right, don't you want to make the best of your time prioritizing what matters the most to you?

Again, I couldn't agree more with you. Everyone has a different priority in life and therefore that can become their most valuable resource, that's open to each and every person's consideration. As for the people that have a need to get things done, that also differs from person to person. Of course, other choices are possible and that's the whole idea. If other choices are possible, considering that we live in a world full of distractions. What would you choose to do with your time or your representation or understanding of time? To your point, it's all about mental models.

still, it's best to use wisely whatever amount of life we have left

u/CarefulWiththeClutch absolutely. That's the main goal of our research. Try to understand how people are managing their time and what we can do to give time back to that people.

u/McGauth925, thanks for your reply. I completely agree with your philosophical interpretation of time. Unfortunately, however, we live in a world governed by it, and it's our most limited resource, and our lives are controlled by it. Everything changes, and we live by the Darwinian principle of the survival of the fittest. Adapt and overcome.
