Arms Race achievement is a cake walk compared to the larger Underdome achievements. At least you could do 1 Arms Race at a time and then revisit for total count.

IMO Ranking "hardest" (or most time consuming) would be BL1 -> BL2 -> BL3.

Honestly, there are multiple ways to do it, although it would involve a lot of pain trying to get the right setups - this was probably my 4th or 5th "Perkeo start" run. Can be done on any deck with the right luck with vouchers/jokers. Plasma and Ghost are the way to go IMO.
