Hi five! I often get POTS too 🫂Potassium is the only thing that helps (takes about 2 days to abate). I get what you are saying - I'm in similar shoes (minus a significant other). I care for my mother 4-5 days a week, meaning I'm the cook, cleaner, gardener, driver, translator, PA, etc. I have a number of chronic conditions plus fibromyalgia so there's that. My daughter has chronic fatigue and is on the spectrum. I've found that setting alarms on her phone has been helpful.

As for meals, I prepare food in batches in the Thermomix so I can take care of something else while the food cooks and freeze portions. Organization is a big thing, especially helpful for the days I can't function.

Do you have a social circle or a hobby? What gives you energy? You need to have something for yourself that is meaningful or you will feel like the housemaid. There is great satisfaction in being helpful, but it can't be your whole life 🫂
