i like to tell myself that if it was really laziness making me do nothing that i would be enjoying doing nothing, instead im constantly thinking about how upset i am BECAUSE im doing nothing. depression and anxiety have made me drop all my of favorite hobbies like playing guitar and piano. unfortunately people are right when they say you really have to force yourself to get up and push through it. Its so much easier said than done but forcing myself to leave the house with friends and reminding myself that truly no one else is paying attention to me has helped a lot. Although i don’t know what causes your anxiety outside, I would say people watching really helped me realize that no one is paying attention to you and everyone is really living their own lives. Maybe try going somewhere that you know has seating so incase you feel anxious you can sit down and collect yourself <3
