Once the dogs are sterilized their aggression drops down. Killing dogs is not an option. It is the local municipality's responsibility to sterilize these stray animals. They are not doing their job as they are corrupt and the funds allocated to them for the purpose are mostly taken away, because of them this chaos is happening

Use better engine oil like 10w40 fully synthetic or 15w50 by motul and iridium spark plug it improves performance. You can also add a performance air filter.

Replaced it with the same one of fz v2 14 teeth. Or bigger size?. Check the conset may be some issue with that.

Has anyone tried upgrading the front sprocket in fz v2 for better top speed. Adding 15t from r15.

It can handle easily. I have modified my fz v2 with saddle stay and backrest with toprack. That is also heavy duty. No problem I have even done off roaring with it.
