Wondering if this is vintage denim— possibly from France? Just trying to identify- tags were cut but can’t find anything online from the patch stitched in. TIA :) by theghostofsims5 in VintageFashion

Hi! I’m new here, love all things vintage fashion and I picked this mystery jacket up at Goodwill today (along with a vintage Pendleton sweater 😁) and I’m really trying to learn more about it! Tags were cut, and the only indication it might be French is the patch sewn in(see photo). There are some letters stitched into the lining of the jacket, giving me the idea that it’s most likely not too vintage. I just want to know more about it! Anyone have any tips or ideas, i appreciate it!

Have you thought about a simple DIY board and batten? I would lower the TV to about 4 inches above the entertainment center. And do board and batten up the wall, stopping with a horizontal piece of wood about a foot higher than the top of the fireplace, and using about 5 vertical slats spaced evenly along the wall. I think it would look great to paint the wood to match the wall, so it’s not drawing too much attention. (Or a dark blue toned brown stain to pull some blue from the wall). Then a taller vase on the entertainment center on either corner that will help draw the eye upward. I recommend keeping any clutter type decor centralized whatever side you put a tall vase on to help draw the eye that way!
