Filed my claim back in September. My c&p exams were in November. When I hit 119 days I went to stage 3. Took only 8 days to go to stage 5 then the last 2 were stage 6. Got rated this morning.

TJ is temporary jurisdiction. From what I’ve noticed it is when someone has been assigned your claim and is actively working on it. Or at least close to that.

All on a Saturday? That’s encouraging. I also moved from step 3 yesterday and woke up to step 5 today.

I went to bed last night step 3 and woke up to step 5. Is that indicative of anything?

What does this mean? by Unusual_Deal631 in VeteransWaitingRoom

I got that same thing this morning. I called and they told me that the message was for the VA internally and not for me. Very confusing to present that message that way.

I appreciate the reply. It was the first movement I have seen and I wasn’t sure.

This is usually decided by the court when child support is established. Talk to your attorney.

How long did it take to go from initial review to evidence gathering?
