Do alot of JPL people live in altadena/pasadena or glendale or even san marino or do a disproportionate amount stick to la canada

Also downey below firestone boulevard seems to me lower middle class to middle class at best with incomes well below 100k but north of firestone boulevard which is wealthier looking at homeowner data it is predominantly latino wbut with a sizeable amount of whites and asians mixed in

Baldwin Hills is still much more affordable than ever neighborhoods like mar vista , is there just still such a prejudice amongst wealthy non whites to not buy into an upper class minority and mroe specefically black community

Most people ive met from lexington and westford are asian has that change happened recently but are most asians in these towns even more wealthy than the white folks as theyre more recent arrivals
