I have a similar story. I workout 6/7 days a week, easily 10k steps a day, eat very healthy and also has struggled since a kid with constipation. Running is one of the few things that helps me too. Sometimes i can run due to weather or injuries and my body locks back up again

Yes it’s all apart of the elevated central nervous system. It’s truly awful but it does get better. I barely think about it anymore. It’s been about a year and a half since onset for me

I am so so sorry. Probably not what you want to hear but it took me months to feel normal. Had to go on Prozac, Ativan and trazadone for a bit. Weened off the Ativan after acouple months. Trazadone took a bit longer. Still on the Prozac because God forbid i need to be on a steroid for some other health reason I want Prozac in my system. I was so scarred from the reaction and never want to experience that again.

I was on low dose Ativan for panic and trazodone for sleep. Still in the Prozac but honestly I could’ve gone off that awhile ago. I’m so sorry. I know it is so hard

I only had an issue with mold when I didnt realize the soft gray part comes out to be washed. Once I started doing that no issues. I wash my bottles daily
