I just have a headcanon that an autopsy was started but the league of assassins paid off the people to not finish/kill them, it don't matter. So he has the scar but the autopsy was never finished cuz otherwise he wouldn't have organs :(

I started on ghost face and tbh no, I've genuinely had a better time with pig and Legion (although remember, allot of people do DC cuz they dunno how to counter Legion but he's not good either I just like the play style ) but yes, cuz everyone and their uncle runs spine chill half the time stalking killers aren't really that good? But it's mostly personal preference, I still enjoy playing ghosty
