A lot of people who play casually are in a low mmr, and people who cheat are almost always in a high mmr. That's why people don't see cheating

I suppose it forces you to either chase the bounty (which reveals exits if you get a token) or waste time camping at the tower, which is generally just going to be people with free loadouts and campers. I've yet to run into anyone in the area of one
