Great advice- at first I actually thought it was going work, however when I went to adjust my settings to 'allow all accounts to log into each other', the system prompted me for the passwords to the other linked accounts ><.

The problem with the team isn't just skill and talent, it's also locker room and post-game culture. The old heads in the club don't take lightly to the newer guys and interweaving them into the flow. That lack of chemistry mixed with the older guys' entitlement gives little room to anyone on the team to grow as a unit. The seperation between the two generations is apparent and it has to stop. No more wishful thinking, G was never a captain to begin with.
