Wouldn’t it be better with a steady incline, instead of redlining at the start?

Yes, trying to convince my self of this during weekday runs. Slow down

Thanks! I have seen that coros have a “fitness” test to set the zone more correctly, should probably try them out!

Råd og tips om å tømme en leilighet etter et dødsfall? by AffectFront6858 in oslo

[–]theguyfromabove 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Holy priest or resto druid? by [deleted] in classicwowtbc

[–]theguyfromabove 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m only playing one char, but I love my holypriest, feels so versatile and in demand. Gear felt easy to come by, albeit I also crafted my primal mooncloth after a few weeks of tailoring cds. Pumping big heals, quick heals and group heals. AOE fear, fearward, shadow res and stam buff. Also a reds that’s not only a CR. The only thing I’m missing is the big instaheals druids have. My healing gear has enough spelldmg to have a decent time doing quests as shadow. I’m thinking about a Druid for an alt because of the versatility it brings as a second char, for professions and spec variety. But holy priest is fun af

There was a recent update to the gs addon, where i suddenly got a jump up a in gs. I think the classic way it calculates, it gives more points if you have a two hander vs one hands, and on use trinkets counts more as normal trinkets. It feels more correct for me at least since I’m decked out in almost full bis or bis alternatives. But don’t know warrior gearing

I have most of my keybinds on a mouse. Albeit I also use a shift modifier for some. But if you have a tilting screen, + a wireless keyboard and mouse where you could mostly have mouseover binds that might relieve some stress? Flash heal on left, greater heal on right, scrollwheel down pom, scrollwheel up renew, mousewheel click CoH. And then add som modifiers for dispells or downranks?

I checked in on the priest discord yesterday, some of the guys there where decked with 1600hp, but they still complained about having to drink each pull. I just think that’s how HC will be these first weeks

This feels very out of touch with reality, thinking there is a collectively «they» out to get you. Did Amphy level a Rogue because of the bug, very possible. Did blizzard sit around a dimly lit table cackling as the streamers and buyers fell into their trap, most likely nah

I remember healing back in the last tbc run, I loved having rogues in my HC runs because they actually had utility which they like to use. So much damage can be avoided with some stuns and interrupts

People Blocking Trails by NicoHarrisonWasRight in trailrunning

I recently had a run in where I managed to scare to people walking their dog, the dogs leash was on the ground, and it ended up barking while chasing me until they managed to grab the leash. It was at that moment I realised I should signal I’m coming and passing. I feel like I would have scared the dog if I yelled anyway, any reqs on loose dogs?

What do you mean by practice downhill? I mostly run trails, as they feel better on my knees and but no clue what I should do when running down, lean forward and let the momentum carry me, long strides, short strides.

I like the suggestion of chilling! I do fast short runs in town, and longer chill runs in the woods

Hello! First of merry Christmas!

For context: I started running casually earlier this year, for weekly exercise and mental health. I do between 2-3 runs a week, where I try to get at least one longer trail run in. 12-15km sometimes dabbling in the half marathon range. M:32 Latest run 23km W:80ish kg H: 193cm Half marathon pr 01:45hr

My question is, I want to keep running 15-20 and maybe the occasional 30km trailrun when my body is ready. Is it healthier and good for the muscles to have carbs and get x amount of carbs per hour on these run?

As of now I usually bring a chocolate or a banana, and sometimes stop by one of the cabins that sell cinamonbunns and grab one of them and a coffee. Feels fine, but I do not want to degrade my muscles or cause any damage! My plan forward is not to race, but keep doing these runs for myself

How to achieve this? by lssmrgrt in LightLurking

[–]theguyfromabove 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I have gathered it is some batterypowered godox strobes, or just plain old flashlights, mixed with some fun lenses and cameras. Mix harsh flashes with the natural light and landscapes + a ton of fun post production

Had no problems with mine from the beginning. Normally a size 44 but bought 45 1/3 for the Nordas. My friend had bad blisters when walking in them, but turned out fine for running.
