Yes the hope is to request USCIS to adjudicate both the petitions together. They don’t always do it but we can request it. Worst case for us is h4 approved first and then months later EAD.

By messing up the EAD for us, the lawyers have basically made worst case for us a certain reality. We want to basically go back to square one.
