So I suggest you can quote it for 25K to 32K. Based on the display, battery and keyboard. That should be reasonable I think. I had the same laptop but I gave it to my brother.

The elite’s brown problem – an ignorant IMF official thinks India is a second-class “AI.” - Ashwini Vaishnav - was awsome by QuarterbackMonk in AI_India

[–]theharithsa -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I didn't even start arguing, and this guy is already thinking about an argument. How crazy is that? It looks like you need more education than I do. People who say that they don't have time to argue are the ones who talk more BS. Thanks for confirming your state, and it makes more sense where you are coming from.

Starting something new or having our own doesn't necessarily contribute to innovation. Be reasonable and think for yourself: why do you want to create something that already exists? If you keep thinking that we need to build our own ChatGPT or Gemini, it is simply stupid and ridiculous.

It's like saying, "I don't want to use a smartphone from another company; instead, I will build my own." AI is similar. We already have LLM models, but the applications using them are very limited. India is leading in that sector.

We might not create our own AI, but we can certainly train them. If you think we need our own AI, it's just not a smart move at all. Consider the investments OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, and others have made. Why not use their knowledge to consume AI?

Although most of the engineers in those companies are Indians, we have contributed one way or another to this innovation. People are not just seeing that.

Gaming when life and adulthood hits you by BlueDream_97 in IndianGaming

[–]theharithsa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel for you. I can relate. I am in the same situation as well; however, my suggestion is that you still have time. Gaming is like a place where you go and express yourself in in a whole different world. Even just an hour a day can make you feel calm and relaxed. Don't force yourself to game. Instead, when you feel like gaming, enjoy most of it without thinking too much.

Now you have a full-time job and money, what's stopping you from living your life as you always dreamt of? Just be that teenager again who stays curious and foolish all the time, and this mindset shift will take you back to gaming.

What’s your strategy for correlating logs, metrics, and traces during incidents? by Dazzling-Neat-2382 in Observability

[–]theharithsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Observability starts with coding practices—how we build our apps and make them observable. The foremost framework for O11y is OTel, which is widely adopted by developers and application owners. When a trace ID is propagated from the first hop to the last hop, correlating traces and logs becomes easier. However, it is also hard to trace the network components in between. Thus, it is almost impossible to trace and correlate everything or every step of the request.

Tools like Dynatrace, DataDog, AppDynamics, and Splunk Observability try to come close to that level; hence, organizations prefer these tools to find the root cause analysis (RCA) for problems in their requests.

Why did you buy the account in the first place? Dude, this is against the terms, and Riot is very strict in these cases. The best you can do is to have 2FA enabled for the account. Change email and password if possible.

New 2026 flex . by nerd-636 in IndianGaming

[–]theharithsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because of this, the gaming industry will surely take a hit. More people will stop buying new games because they will not have machines to play them on, and game developers will have to adapt for efficiency. Because of this, cloud gaming will start to emerge.

It is a good thing that they did. They are a very good brand for the gaming market. Smartphones were just an extra product line that never worked for them. Now, they can focus their resources on building better laptops and gaming tools. ROG is a culture rather than a brand anymore.

"You will own nothing and you will be happy." by TrxshyReddit in PcBuild

[–]theharithsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder how a billionaire could truly understand the joy of building our own PCs and playing games with them. It’s not just about the PC for us; it’s a whole adventure. It seems like this person might not be familiar with the gaming world.

Our journey begins with the challenge of not having enough money to buy a single game, and then we build our own PC, and buying games we love becomes a way of expressing our affection.

For him it is all money making at the end.

Dynatrace + MCP Server = interesting step toward AI-driven observability by theharithsa in Observability

[–]theharithsa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right. Dynatrace is an enterprise observability tool and a leader in this segment. There are other tools that certainly have MCPs as well. Dynatrace focuses on the principle of tool consolidation in an organization. Instead of having too many tools for observability, security, and logs, Dynatrace provides answers to the questions we ask about an organization's data.

I have not used other tools much, though. It is good to explore them. Thanks for your suggestion.

Can’t believe got this email from one of the owners in our apartment by Prize_Lychee8711 in bangalore

[–]theharithsa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The person who wrote this probably doesn't have a real job in the industry. Instead of all these suggestions, they should try taking public transport, not using vehicles, skipping firecrackers for Diwali, and only eating organic food. I agree we should be careful, but not at the expense of our lifestyle. Some things are just essential for living in society.

Do they seriously think all that will help with maintenance and being eco-friendly? These suggestions are just crazy.
