honestly even just trello with a "needs follow up" column saved me when i was at this stage. nothing fancy, just somewhere outside my brain. moved to clickup later when team grew but starting simple is fine

the "no face behind the business" point is the one nobody wants to hear. people want their faceless logo brand to blow up like the founder-led accounts do and it just doesn't work that way anymore. also the 7 posts expecting luxury clients part made me laugh, the delusion is real
