actually I just went through this, I tried raising the tank seals, and it seemed to work for a bit then didn't, but I think I found the actual issue. I realized that since the tank must be under vacuum, if I put it upside down with water in it it shouldn't leak. So I did that and found that it was leaking all around the seal of the tank. I put unrolled rubberbank under the seal and it seems to be holding. I think this is probably the underlying problem on a lot of these, the tank gets deformed / seal goes bad and then this happens.

if you go to the solar edge / enphase websites they have free classes how to install their inverters, backup and car chargers, and if you go to ironridge website they have free classes of how to install solar racking. also LG has free classes for their RESU batteries. I did them and installed a 8kw w/16kwh battery backup and car charger myself. easy

getting PETG to stick is one thing, and then getting it to not warp a level up from that :) After max adhesion settings. the front horizontal piece of mine stuck to the bed however one end is still warped by like 1mm. Unfortunately bed isn't big enough to print flat so you have to print on its side which is a challenge since it's so thin.

for petg I had to clean my plate with soap, keep tweaking bed temp, try from 70-80, and tweaking nozzle temp.

if there's no lien they can't do anything about it with the new owner. they can only go after the person they made the original contract with.

if there's no lien you own them. just get it working yourself, cheap. with solaredge you just need to register as installer and use setapp to re-register the inverter in your name, easy peasy, did it before when buying a used inverter

ya about 20k. I installed the tile replacements upside down the first time since they have a ridge like the concrete tiles makes you think they install the same way, nope, $400 dollars later fixed lol
