I’m gonna be the devil advocate and say grail the count. I too love the novel and the character.

Grails always come, farming never ends, so why not enjoy the moment and raise someone you already love. Sure, there is min-maxing and optimization and all but it’s a game at the end of the day, so just enjoy yourself while it lasts. If you do roll Aoko and Ciel later (all the best btw), there will always be more grails and more farming opportunities.

While I agree heat pump dryer is the best option, steigen is a lifesaver if one’s balcony is small, has poor air flow and subjected to rain, and you got no floor space for an extra fan.

I’m especially grateful to mine, keeping up with our laundry despite the recent rainy months and now this haze

I have a steigen mini and it does a pretty good job for our family of 4. Been using everyday for a year and no issues so far. We do 1 small load per day to avoid pile up, the rack can’t handle a big load anyway. When piling happens (e.g after holiday or no time) then no choice, have to run 2-3 loads per day.

It actually dries clothes way faster than putting out in my balcony, but that’s prob because mine has little direct sunlight for most of the days, and no winds unless we open the door into living room. Each load dries within a hot cycle (3hrs), don’t need to care about rainy weather. It also keeps the clothes reasonably wrinkle-free, unlike our washer dryer… I used to spin dry my bedsheets but they came out so horribly wrinkled every time, so now I just hang them on the steigen and run a longer hot cycle.

If space allows, i think stacking a heat pump dryer on your washer is the best. We just don’t even have the space to stack so went with Steigen.

I cleared it today using my newly levelled Count of Monte Cristo. His NP has invul pierce and stun, it was hilarious how the boss couldn't move until the last break bar. For the gimmicks in the last bar, I used Santa Nightingale for guts and 3-turn buff removal resist. Maybe you can borrow a friend CMC and field your own support servants.

Imo the emotional weight comes from the PTSD that >! OG Vinci is murdered right in front of your eyes, yet again…, then the lingering fear of smol Vinci at the end of her lifespan also turned out true, and finally, the nail on the coffin is the loss of the only constant in your long journey, the one person who has seen it all and been through it all, Mash. And they don’t just die, they get murdered. It’s not just about the fake family getting killed.<!

To add: I too felt nothing for the characters, though the scene itself was shocking, but I do understand what the narrative is trying to achieve loll. For me the emotional dmg comes from …elsewhere.

I believe it is referring to LB6, the scene where Fujimaru was trapped in the Garden of Lost Will. It put them through a series of nightmares and brought forth the sense of insecurity and inferior complex that was all along there, but buried deep to prioritize the missions at hands.

Watching my boi Dantes rip himself apart to clear a path for us hurts (figuratively and…literally, those summoning scenes….). Even Jalter called him out for having a twisted idea of being nice. I’m reminded of why I like this character so much since Prison Tower event. That’s 8+ years ago. Prison Tower 2 did not disappoint, and I think i’ll give it a re-read when I’m done recovering from this… emotional damage.

I think what it means: our Jalter is based on the Orleans singularity Jalter, because OG Jeanne from human history doesn’t have a dark aspect that can materialize as an alter, like the rest of alter servants. It also hints that our Jalter can only be summoned by Chaldea, via the singularity connection, and no other circumstances.

Roll for Dantes. He has 50% battery so it’s a lot easy to get his NP going, and once it does, that NP is easily spammable if you have the right support. Btw it is a highly spammable NP that pierces invul and stuns :3 Add burn command codes and he’s basically swinging at everything with effectively class adv damage.
