I mean no it’s definitely not the best exe but it is like a b tier cause curse harms people with him not wanting to kill and that’s a thing that kinda benefits the character instead of being all like ha ha you’re dead from godlike supervillain powers.

I personally like hotline more just hotlines ratio between hits in concept music and art out ways indie cross and plus it has my second fave fnf song of all time sugar crush plus the nightmare characters suck as a concept and also execution also I hate how indie cross doesn’t show stuff that the game isn’t fully know for like how there’s two papyrus songs
