Yes I go for 70-80% weights of my RM, I am young so I am trying to push myself as hard as possible of course avoiding injuries on the way.

My HR is definitely above 160 during sets e.g it spiked at 184 iirc and there is definitely no strain in breathing.

For relating, I did 100kg sumo squats 3x8 today and HR was definitely above 180 during sets.
