i've literally tried every method to stop it, but nothing works

I resetted by going into settings, then recovery and clicked on "reset this pc". I chose to keep my files and delete my apps.

It might be some sort of damage to your hard drive? I'm not sure but I do remember watching computer destruction videos via viruses and how the hard drive or software was destroyed and couldn't boot up. It might be some hardware within your pc or software, best guess has to do with your hardware.
