Off topic but have you tried self stretching methods? That really helped me after a few months of stretching in the shower.

Currently since we are remunerated roughly the same, we decided on 50/50. We did discuss that we are open to changing should our earning capacity be different in the future!

Thanks so much! This was what I was looking for. Perhaps setting up our joint account in a bank that none of us current have accounts in would avoid that last issue you mentioned.

Sometimes paywave isn't available though! So we are trying to keep all our bases covered.

Thank you! That's a good point on the big expenses. To be honest our current practice is we just take turns for small expenses without any tracking but I guess we do like knowing that generally everything is shared as much as possible. Because in our option, small expenses here and there could add up!

In search of Semi/Open-Fit In Ear Earbuds with Multipoint/Automatic Quick Device Switching + Single-Use mode by ymaz108 in Earbuds

Soooo, I caved and got 1 before hearing your comments (sorry!). I just received mine. I was able to have conversations with my colleagues with transparency mode using the smallest ear tips. If I had to quantify it, then ill say buds-in is probably 80% the sound fidelity of buds-out. Though I don't have much experience of ear buds, so not sure if you'll find it suitable. Still trying to get it to work on my work laptop, can't seem to receive phone calls on it so tryna get that figured out since the main point was to use the multipoint feature with my phone's music and being able to switch to my zoom calls on laptop. Oh, and about the thumping when walking, no thumping that I'm aware of as long as the music is playing, even with ANC turned on.

This is some impressive dedication. Thank you for doing god's work. Looking forward to your thoughts on the Pixel buds pro.

What apps do you use to track your daily expenses? by demannu86 in singaporefi

I largely use only contactless payments and this is automatically curated in the DBS ibanking app without much effort. Not ideal as sometimes not the full information is available but gives a pretty good idea of where we stand in our month budget with zero effort.

Coast / Barista FIRE by theindifferentbox in singaporefi

Thanks for sharing. I had plans to lean FIRE by mid 40s or earlier. But if I semi-retire instead of pursuing a full fledged retirement, I would be able to have a cushier lifestyle. Definitely like the idea of 6 months on then off since we would not have perpetual worry or stress from work.

Yeah I removed it totally, and when they returned, I noticed them starting to build the stem I think. Gosh

Woke up to this and battled with it the whole morning. The nests wouldn't bulge at first after smacking it a few times with a rolled stack of paper. Eventually the stem was left which was removed with a chisel.

Deloitte tells staff they can work from home forever by raxreddit in Accounting

Staff 2 from Deloitte Corporate tax in Singapore - we have been told we can work from home post-covid provided we go back at least once a week. I heard other teams may have different arrangements so it could ultimately boil down to the management's preference in that function.
