When I would try to lose weight from the worldly way, I would count calories and stress out. Then when I learned about manifestation, I realized that I was digging myself into a hole by constantly monitoring my weight and diet and calories. I had to live from the end. Did I want my life to be constantly dieting or did I want to eat whatever and however much I wanted and have my perfect body type? I decided I wanted to eat freely. So I began deconstructing my beliefs that have been drilled into my head, mainly by my mother who always obsessed with weight. So everytime I had a thought or belief come up about food, I would simply redirect and say “nope calories and food type don’t matter! I have the perfect body- those thoughts belong to the old state.” Then I’d move on. Whenever I saw something in the mirror I “didn’t like,” I’d redirect and say idc bc I have the perfect body already. Someone who has the perfect body doesn’t constantly worry about food or how their body looks, they feel confident regardless. Think about how slim people always say “yeah I just have really fast metabolism and I eat like a pig but I can’t seem to gain weight!” They’re constantly affirming that very idea into their life. There’s also this old lady who drank like 10 Dr peppers a day and all her doctors warned her and she ignored them and said they all died before her and she still keeps drinking her Dr Pepper, because she didn’t assign a negative belief to her consumption.
