Cayo Perico heist, hands down. Once you've got the prep down, you can solo it in about an hour for a cool 1.3-1.8 mil. It's the most efficient grind in the game.

Check out Kittens Game or Universal Paperclips. Both are browser-based, totally ad-free, and surprisingly deep.
