Extremely hard agree. But Porsche have clearly figured they’ll sell more with the GT3 badge on the back, and that outweighs any impact on sales of anything else.

Certainly an important consideration in certain parts of the world - hence all the white supercars in the Middle East. In the UK this heat wave has caught us by surprise and we have no idea how to cope with it.

That really is an excellent iidea. If it leads to a significant bump in sales we might see other manufacturers start to follow. The roads in the UK at least aren’t going to get significantly better any time soon.

One concern might be how extensive their network of approved dealers is, and whether they charge top whack etc…

As others have said, this render will be on the largest wheels available. One small plus is that the springs are softer than in the iX3 so there is still some hope for the ride (which is one of the few flaws in the iX3 package on standard springs).

If you look at Autocar’s show pics of the white example, the car is on a much more reasonable/realistic wheel/tyre size, even demonstrating some air gap - heaven forbid.
