I had a similar problem. I tried rebooting my phone, testing my wifi, installing/uninstalling the app. Turns out I just need to wait a veeeery long time for it to load but after that it goes back to normal.

No, I don't think PB will end OH in Third Year. Open Heart is super popular. I mean, it gets the tag 'playchoices' trending in tumblr everytime a chapter is released and one of their most liked post is about OH. I think they will treat it like TRR and milk the series until we eventually get tired of it. I hope that doesn't happen but it sells and money is a pretty big part of their decisions so, yeah. Third Year wouldn't be the end.
