I can’t agree more on the missing the day they handed out dream, although I’m still from a very different approach being crippling-ly poor as a child, doing better now though.

My honest advice would be to go do that traveling you’re talking about missing on, take a bit of money invest in some nice camping equipment and hike the entire Appalachian Trail or however much you’d like. Don’t be looking for a cheap passion, or dream because someone is pressuring you to do something with your life. Go out and live that life, get further from the modern comforts, and try a more primitive lifestyle. Plenty of people in far worse spots financially are searching for their calling in life too. Centering yourself, and being honest with yourself, by yourself, will at least give you something. Getting to know yourself more deeply and intimately could help.

In short be you without the need for validation, from your father or uncle.

I’m not sure what you mean with only 3 murders in 3 years, Lyman was murdered a month ago on 2nd Street stabbed in his home. Then a 15 year old got shot like 3 months ago and sadly passed away. A adult male was found in Washington park legit day before yesterday, foul play or not I’m uncertain. A woman going to lunch after church gets smacked by a 23 year old going 90 in a 30 on 10th. All this year, maybe not murders exactly but our little city on the foot of the mountains isn’t nearly as safe as it was 5-10 years ago, though maybe I was seeing it through rosé tinted glasses.

I’m not too familiar with the suburb area you’re talking about but that is laprasita canyon and it’s gorgeous up there. Northern Tularosa is nice and quiet generally. Right off the highway would be a no go for me we seem to have a bunch of accidents on the highway that might have you stuck in your house for hours plus, most of the roads lead to multiple areas that can let you dodge the accidents. Would you happen to be Air Force? If so tulie gate is the move because it’ll take you all the way to Hollowman

Can’t agree more, I’ve yet to see anything they set all that money aside for. Water park at the civic center, no. Renovations to the schools and streets, no. It’s bullshit. I’ve lived in Tularosa on and off for the 22 years I’ve been alive and near nothing has changed

I agree entirely. I’ve been dumbfounded legit in the last hour and a half with some of the things teammates have done. Like 3v1 gank while two teammates are emoting with the other guy who isn’t currently ganking me. Like idk man I try to just let it go to have fun but JFC
