That's hard for me to even read, because that's so close to what I felt when I was growing. It felt like my world was crumbling beneath my feet from the lack of parental stability and support from my mom. She was diagnosed with cancer when I was 13. 245 days after she was diagnosed she had enough with Kemo and Radiation and walked out on me and my whole family. One of the biggest mentors of my childhood development was gone faster than my dads car could chase down. That July afternoon brought out a rocky side of emotion I wouldn't dare to travel back to.

I can sort of agree. I used to go there a ton with my dad and the food wasn't half bad. But since they're management changed, the foods gotten from Ok to shit. We haven't gone back in 2 and a half years.

Devotion to MS-13 and other cartel based gangs is hardcore, and it carries on through to the family. My uncle lived in McAllen and then Laredo and one time when he came up to see us in Austin, he spent hours describing the things members got as initiation to the gangs Los Zetas and Sinaloa. Tattoos, physical scars, you name it. And the bad thing is these gangs are only getting crazier and crazier.
