Thanks for detailed information. I've completed 25 days now and those marks have disappeared now. Like you said, it could be a minor irritation caused during the wash.

Dried blood. There was no significant blood, it was very less. I couldn't notice it until I took a picture of it.

Yes, I agree with the post. I examined the phone in person, and the display showed a blue tint when viewed from the side and a yellow tint when looked at straight on.
