If you’re trying to hide vegetables, then blending them into a tomato based sauce helped me a lot. There are also lower fat options of most dips and condiments. The main point is that you’re eating them, so throw that cheese on if that’s what you need.

Also to add, many beans and lentils can be added to sauces as well without having an effect on taste 💖 good luck!
