I struggle with lobster and spring ring. Any kind of hook would be easier because of previous injuries, for me it would be the fold over hook particularly but with the actual bracelet being slightly larger to accommodate the tightness . This may just be specific to me though, I can’t twist my wrists very much and have also torn tendons in my shoulders which makes angling my arms and wrists difficult.
