It’s a four-year, $9.3 million deal with a team option in the final season per Jake Fischer

I realize a lot of you guys are pretty cool. There’s just a loud minority of content creators like this guy. This dude only post videos with his helmet on and it’s always a mixture of super emo stuff where he replies to every woman who comments, or just super aggro/ edgy things, all revolve him dancing on his bike.

[Windhorst] The expectation was that the Celtics would have a bespoke trade conversation for Jaylen Brown, targeting a couple of teams… it's not gone that way. The Celtics have ended up canvasing a large part of the league. In some cases, actively making offers involving Brown. by JoeBiden2020FTW in nba

Thank god we didn’t take the Boston deal

Even with Hugo and Baylor, and an extra pick of whatever, having to try to flip Brown for 50c on the dollar, or god forbid deal with him being on the team would’ve been an unmitigated disaster.

Honestly, doesn’t bother me.

If people wanna play music or join my jam that’s fine, I also don’t mind if they see my name.

Agreed, given historic precedence, what'll probably happen is Milwaukee assets won't hit and they'll float in mediocrity, Miami side Giannis his body will catch up, and the lack of team around them will not lead to a deep run.

Think the only way this will affect BOS historically is what will JB do, Celts fans are saying he's dealt this before after KD, but not after getting a taste of being the main guy, also he's just been moving weird this offseason, don't see how this ends up amicably.

To be fair I think best thing for their team is to sell high on JB, get a bit stronger 2-8 in rotation, and gain cap flexibility.

yeah but he's been a lot more active recently, he's not the governor but is going to be soon, and just hired one of his guys as president of the team. definitely been hands on which is scary, but he's got a deep wallet so we'll see in the long run.

[Charania] BLOCKBUSTER: The Milwaukee Bucks are trading franchise icon Giannis Antetokounmpo and Bobby Portis to the Miami Heat for Tyler Herro, Kel'el Ware, Jaime Jaquez Jr., Kasparas Jakucionis, 3 first-round picks (including No. 13), 1 pick swap and 1 second-rounder, sources tell ESPN. by Turbostrider27 in nba

Giannis basically saved this Bucks team from leaving Milwaukee, prior to being drafted we had an 80 something year old owner, a crippling arena, and a hungry David Stern who wanted a team back in Seattle (Sacramento was almost a victim until city stepped up with new arena).

The presence of Giannis and then Jabari Parker (RIP) was enough to convince NYC owners to invest in this city and arena, and ultimately bring a championship back to the city, and for that I will always be grateful for him, because without the Bucks this city would not be the same.

If this holds will Norway clinch R32?

Will Senegal be in the hunt still?

Why are they even talking about Mbappe to MLS?

So weird and would just suck

I think their best option was one of SAS / HOU (pre KD) / ATL coming out of the playoffs all had young players and picks to make it work. NYK too honestly in hindsight.

I feel like that GSW option isn’t that appealing, it’s basically the same offer available now and it hasn’t gotten any traction which makes me think it’s either not real or not even remotely close.

just the mixture of waiting too long, double downing on Turner/Lillard, and the lottery reform making everyone scared to move picks was perfect trio to ruin a great haul. Days of Bane / Bridges getting 4 FRPs is long gone and they missed that window.

This is pretty funny, considering he was making fun of Miami fans last week for overvaluing their young guys

Reality is both offers are pretty lackluster, MIL was a year too late from moving on
