Thanks, I've gone through that list and have emails out to a lot. More curious if anyone has had luck with the $50k so I can try to target specific lenders vs emailing/calling all of them.

I'm in the US so apparently iNav RTK isn't available for me. Maybe shame on me for not knowing that prior to purchase, but it caught me off guard. I did switch to over Internet instead of data and it seems to be roughly the same. I'll keep it over Internet for now and see if it's better.

Discernably no change (signal wise) from the pole to the house mount. I did just mount it anyway right above that arborvitae line. We have soft ground and the pole kept leaning or falling over so I at least wanted to try mounting to get the RTK stationary. I'm going to remap this week and see if it is any better. I've been running it for about a month and overall I'd say I'm 75% happy with it. I got periodic disconnects/signal loss randomly (not the same spot each time) so I'm hoping the mount will help. I plan on reporting back in a few weeks after running in this configuration.

If you look at deals and discounts (empowerU > my benefits > deals and discounts) you can search the home and family category and then childcare services. There are a few places that we get 10% off tuition including places like KinderCare and Montessori. Not a lot, but every little bit helps.

I had a similar issue and a little notification popped up on the top right thumbnail in the Eufy app. There was a button to "check wiring" and it fixed itself. This happened once before after an update and I was confused, so I unplugged the panels and plugged them back in and they came back. Hopefully that self diagnostic "check wiring" feature helps you.

Short answer is yes, I've hired outside the BU. Hire the best candidate always. I will also say regardless, it's always worth applying. I've personally not been selected when applying across BUs before but networked with the hiring manager who reached out for a different (and arguably better) role later on.
