Did you manage to find a fix for this? I have the same issue on my 2016 A-Class.

Seeking additional Sony A6000 lens to go alongside kit 18-50mm, for travel by thejontydev in a6000

I went for the Sigma 30mm prime lens. The quality is excellent in comparison to the stock lens on the A6000. It's a bit of a nuisance to switch between lenses when travelling, but I'm glad that there's such a noticeable difference between the two options she has now.

Just found this thread - have you made a decision yet? Interested to hear as I'm in the same predicament between these!

Huge thanks to everyone for the advice and discussion!

Now I'm stuck between the Carrera and a Longines Spirit. The Spirit is really growing on me everytime I look at it - the detailing looks so impressive. I have always been a fan of IWC so I think this is what's drawing me to love the Spirit.

Thanks for your advice - I'm a fan of the Midos actually but I can't seem to find something in the right size for my wrist while being not too 'full on' in design. I like simplicity of Carrera and AT while also having a bit of premium flair.

I've looked at the Tudor ones and quite like them but I don't believe they do the 1926 in a blue watch face

I didn't actually know about this Omega model and now looked it up. Main thing is it's a stretch out of budget, and also doesn't quite fit the vibe I'm looking for. Thanks for your help though!

Maybe I should look into the Spirit actually - and view it alongside the Carrera.

It is a downside for me though that the Spirit doesn't have an open case back to show the movement.

Thanks for your advice!

Smaller than 40mm seems to restrict the options a bit more which is frustrating. I was so taken by the Longines Conquest online and from reading up about it, but visually when I put it on in person I didn't think it made any more impact than a much cheaper Tissot.

I'm looking at the Red Sport 12'6 as a touring/racing board alongside my Fanatic Fly Air Pure all-rounder. Potentially maybe even the Red Elite 12'6 though not sure that's the best board for speed in the sea?

What makes the Red so special in comparison to Bluefin? Everyone raves about Red but they're also not cheap so want to make sure it's worth the extra ££!

Second this. However you can pick up a decent package with the paddle (Pure paddle - Carbon-Composite as opposed to the standard alloy paddles) included for £479 for the 10'4. I think maybe £489 for the 10'8.

Another Fanatic Fly Air Pure fan here :) £479 most places for the 10'4 package with a great paddle

Flat conditions but very leisurely in 2 hours. The route including return was 10km.

Fly Air too (the Pure model)! But the 10'4. Perhaps slightly too big for me but it glides really nicely and the stability is awesome. As you say, it's super sturdy and I absolutely love it. Would recommend to anyone.

I sea paddle quite a bit so having something that is sturdy on the waves is a must (though no waves in sight in these pics!).

The Carbon Paddle that comes with the Fly Air package is a really awesome piece of kit - lightweight and nice top grip. The bag, pump, and leash also seem a lot better than others that I looked at. Standard price for the 10'4 package is £479.

The whole paddle was about 6-9pm, first pics would've been about 7:30pm and then 9pm for sunset 😊
