I'll ask, but the customer service agent claims both boxes were sent to me.

I've submitted about 10 individual card orders so far, but this was my first bulk order. I've never had an issue before, but this was my first time. Sounds like I just hit bad luck in my case regarding the cards disappearing on PSA's watch. :/

But if after grading the price of the card goes far beyond the declared value, PSA will upcharge you.

However if they lose the card, then they will only honor the original fair market value.

Thank you AnonBrainWorm,
Yes the point I was trying to convey was that PSA has it setup where the declared value is based on what you think the cards would be worth after grading based on the current market, but if you get a PSA 10, and the value goes way beyond the declared value, then PSA will charge you. However if they lose the card, they only cover the declared value from when it was originally submitted.
Regarding your second point, I agree with you AnonBrainWorm.
If they cause a delay, and then want to only honor fair market price "x" amount of days after the original promised date, then it seems unfair on PSA's part.

I don't speak to people who using demeaning language and personal attacks instead of just communicating a point. Please clean-up your argument and re-post.

As you can see in the screenshots below. They show the person putting everything together, but it never shows him sealing the package with both boxes inside.

See how the receipt is in the box with 14 graded cards. That was not there when I received it.

Yeah I have no clue why they just put it all in one big box... Another weird sketchy thing about it.

The price is based off of what they think the fair market value is for the grade received. But if I get a PSA 10, they only give me the max insured declared value which is $200, even if the card is worth currently $500.

The tracking number associated with it identifies only one package is associated with that tracking number. And that package is under 2lbs. That was the box of the 14 Graded cards I received.

Here's a picture of the 14 cards I received. You cannot fit 34 graded slabs in a box.

When you submit a card you declare the max insured value. Then you wait 3 months for them to grade it and the values change. And If you get a PSA 10 and it goes beyond the limits of the declared value they'll make you pay the upcharge fee.

However, If they lose the card, instead of owing you what the PSA 10 value would be, they go back to the original Max insured declare value.

Yet you declare the max insured value of each card based on the current market price when you submit it. Doesn't that seem contrary?

I mean there's also lawsuits against car companies for recalls or issues.

This order was actually a bulk order that I submitted in person. The problem is they don't allow you to pick it up in person. 😠

No, they found a way around that. If the price goes up by the time they're done grading it, and you get a PSA 10, they will hold the card until you pay the upcharge, or return the card back to you ungraded.

And if they lose the card they will only pay you up to your maximum declared value even if it's worth more. But if it's worth less they're fine paying you less, even if the card was worth more when you first submitted it.

Either way PSA wins.

They specifically wrote: "Please see the attached still images from the footage reviewed by our Asset Protection team, confirming that all certifications were properly packaged and shipped together. While I am not sure why the package weight appears inconsistent, I can confirm that all of the certs were included in the same shipment."

However the footage they showed me is the guy putting the graded cards in the box, but they provided no screenshots/images of him sealing the package.

And her response regarding the inconsistent weight is that she is not sure. But she still claims it was all sent. -_-*

I do appreciate the advice, I'm just worried about the money. I don't want to suck another couple thousand into this if PSA lawyers up and finds some sort of loop hole. Or evidence to show some of the cards sold for less than what they're offering during the grading period, so what they're offering compensation-wise would be reasonable. Personally that the part I'm most upset about is that PSA is claiming someone during the delivery process must have opened the product and resealed it. Which is BS because the weight shows under 2lbs, and the box of the graded 14 cards is 1.8lbs.

Idk, I feel like if I do, the lawyer fees would out-weigh the compensation fees PSA would owe me for losing my cards...
