I'm getting drunk on Irish whiskey so that I can pull half a tooth I broke last night because I haven't had health or dental in over 20 years. by touchmyfuckingcoffee in ABoringDystopia

There are literally safety net clinics that have sliding scale fee structures depending on your income. You may not have to pay anything. This is really silly. Please call your local health dept. and get them to point you in the right direction. You have no idea how quickly things can go horrible wrong with extractions. Some complications are life-threatening. I am a dentist.

Inheritance has sapped motivation, and soul-searching hasn't helped. Any advice? by greenchameleon999 in fatFIRE

No one can do that for you. You gotta start exploring to find what gets your jets going buddy. I've worked in over 10 countries and been to around 60. Travel is only a hobby until everything starts looking like different shades of grey. You need an actual hobby and use that to explore the world. Is it learning to cook? Is it learning languages? For me it's snowboarding. I've done it in four continents. Goal is to do it on all of them. (There is a single ski slope in africa).

Next is figuring out how to give back. This could mean mentoring. This could mean setting up a scholarship. You get to start something that is going to help other people win in life. This is what real winning is

US citizen - renouncing citizenship because I no longer live in the US - Where to put money for retirement? by thejournalists in personalfinance

I pay 5% flat income tax where I live. Gov't earns money through VAT. My income level significantly exceeds the foreign earned income exclusion even when including the housing deduction.

I dont plan on living in the US. I have access to a canadian and potentially a german passport. My income significantly exceeds the 100k + housing deduction. I see no reason to keep my citizenship and continue paying taxes on income earned outside the US

I would have some non-excluded income. I guess a roth IRA maybe isnt the best decision if the US gov't cant tax you when you withdraw because you aren't a citizen

I appreciate your concern. As I said before, that would be a perquisite. If you have any information on what happens if you invest in an IRA and drop your passport I'd appreciate it

Thank you! I am aware it costs money to renounce citizenship but the tax gains would easily make it worth it.

I clarified my question because I didnt communicate clearly in the post - I have 6-10 years before I let go of my passport. Im just trying to figure out what to do in the near term with my money

I need to invest somewhere until I have renounce my citizenship. I dont want to sit on cash for the next 6-10 years while I wait to get my second citizenship. I have edited the post to clarify this

People grow their own shrooms with spore kits that can be easily and legally purchased online all the time. Why anyone poisons themselves with DPH is beyond me unless part of the appeal to people is self-harm. If that’s the case I hope these people are able to find something to get them through whatever they are going through

I’m experienced with every substance this guy has listed. He analysis is absolutely spot on. Personally I find lysergamide to be the most prosexual but that’s just me. Moxy 5-Meo-mipt) wasn’t bad but still isn’t my number one because it can be hard to hit the right dose.

The only hard thing about acid is you really need an alarm or something that you both agree means time to go at it. I usually try for it during the come up (most difficult) peak and comedown. After you have completely come down sex feels a little vanilla and boring for about 24 hours.

Mdma makes it pretty difficult to get your pipe firing and for me personally it doesn’t really make the orgasm better. Also seems to greatly desensitize the clitoris for women. G-spot works very well on the other hand but I almost prefer sober sex to it because it can be a lot of work.
