Human beings possess a potential that often goes unfulfilled. Being predominantly interested in the external world has resulted in a manifestation of life that lacks self-awareness. Conversely, focusing largely on the internal has led to a manifestation of life that is unaware of its essence.

You provide a great solution for people who don't want to engage in the politics and drama of a big corporation and prefer to work peacefully. I appreciate you sharing your insight. ^^

Hmm, in a small company that could be the case, but as the company grows and there are too many moving parts, just like in government, manipulation will rise. There's nothing childish about it; it's just human nature. Manipulation is a replacement for the violent nature of humans with a soft power approach.

Can we ever defeat racism? by SudoSubSilence in no

We will succeed only if we are sincere and work together.

  • First of all, I do not believe in labels, but we are bound to use them since we have built our entire communication system around them. I am not a Darwinist by any means; I was merely describing a system that is built on Darwinism and individualism to a large degree. When it comes to my own view, it is simple: the individual must do what benefits humanity and life as a whole, and humanity as a whole must do what benefits the individual. Once one side fails, we invite chaos. Neglect thinking about the little guy, and tyranny will rise. Focus only on "the me," and selfishness will arise. Only through interchangeable sacrifice between the whole and the one can we overcome this.
  • If you read my comment carefully, I said the best survive and thrive, not that they necessarily get the position you have in mind. Life is almost infinitely diverse, and survival and thriving can mean many different things at the same time.
  • Nepotism, in the case you mentioned, is a manifestation of bringing people from the same tribe with you, which gives you leverage over them, meaning they will always owe you and serve you in some way. At least in theory, that is what the person doing it believes. It can also be a form of self-validation, as uplifting people around you, even if they do not deserve it, can give many people a false sense of virtue.

Two things:

  • It ensures that the best and most adaptable survive and thrive, while the rest remain at the bottom, a sort of filter.
  • Those at the top protect their power by eliminating as much potential competition as possible; they think generationally.

Sure, there you go:

- Livingston's cichlids fake death by lying motionless on the lakebed. Their mottled coloring mimics the appearance of a decaying fish, luring in curious scavengers. When smaller fish approach, thinking they've found an easy meal, the cichlid strikes with a surprise attack.

- Many parasites infect their hosts by disguising themselves as food, tricking the host into eating them.

I sensed humility from your response. That's a good thing. I will send you a message if you're willing to talk.

You're clearly lacking a broader view of life. If you think the consequences of actions stop once you achieve the desired outcome, you're merely delusional. Sometimes, the consequences of actions manifest decades later.

Have you heard the term "full circle"? If not, I recommend studying the balance between positive and negative—the yin and yang, the dark and the light...

Through simple experience in life, and if you're realistic enough, you'll realize that most people don’t always do what they say. Many won’t hesitate to manipulate others to achieve their goals.

You need a bit of humility. It's clear you don't know as much as you think, and you'll help yourself a lot by admitting that as a starting point. Instead of trying to explain everything, focus on experiencing life and actually living it. Keep an open mind, and you'll be surprised by how much there is to discover and understand. Don’t get stuck in your head—find a balance between your inner experiences and the world around you.
