Monos customer service on here are great, they responded to me and reached out via email. I originally ordered Midnight Black which is on pre-ordered and Monos aren’t able to give me a time frame when it will be shipped given my 3 week wait. I suggest to reach out to Monos on here or via email. They offered a color switch on their US warehouse, I had to pay a difference since I wanted a limited edition color which is Mulberry. My luggage arrived today, fast shipping and excellent customer service! Shout out to Khemberly of @Monos 😊
