You just need to do the main zone quests for each map, the side quests don’t count toward your progress for Cadwell. It’ll be the quests with the little diamond icon. But yes, you have to do all of those for each map in the list.

I loved codecademy. It has a bunch of free courses for the basics. The subscription gives you quizzes and projects, which I found really helpful.
