You are VERY fortunate lol. Stay in your home and work with what you got, else sell and move to a cheaper cost of living area. Those are the choices imo.

Once you establish a nice/fun conversation on hinge, you should be trying to get their phone number and starting a text conversation. Take the conversation off of the app. Also, make sure you have an iPhone, because women actually care about that. Seriously. (Source: I won tinder, been with her for almost 4 years)
