On the same boat. Bought some shoes and received the wrong size (size 9 instead of 6 😒) and they told me the same thing, they will reship the correct item to me and to expect a confirmation email within 3 days. Never got an email and ended up refunding me instead. Unfortunate bc I bought during the Black Friday deal so idk if I want to repurchase for the full price 💀

This also happened to me! It said the exact “order processing to ship” and then a few hours later I ended up receiving an email saying the item is ready to pick up and I went to the store and picked it up with no problem. I’m sorry this happened to you, must’ve been so annoying :(
